We hope you love your wilton.com purchase, but if you need to make a return, please consider the following:
- Food items cannot be returned.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- The returned product(s) and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be received within 45 days of purchase (this will be emailed to you once a return request has been made).
- Returns over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund amount is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the condition of the items returned. Wilton reserves the right to deny a refund for items not in their original packaging.
- Items are to be returned via the preferred shipper at customer expense.
Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis. Wilton reserves the right to refuse a return.
Once you have read our return policy and have an approved return, please complete the following:
- Within 30 days of purchase, contact customer service to initiate a return via our contact us page or by calling 800-794-5866.
- Once the request has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be emailed to you.
- Print out the RMA form and include it with the returned package.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, including any tracking or insurance.

Wilton will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within five business days of receiving the return. However, PayPal and some banks may take longer to apply a credit to your account.
Wilton does not offer exchanges. Replacement or substitute product(s) must be purchased separately.

If you are having trouble with or believe one of your items to be defective, please send photos or videos of the issue to our Customer Service Team at email@example.com so we can evaluate it under our warranty.

If your Wilton product(s) were purchased from anywhere other than wilton.com, please return the product(s) to the retailer in which they were purchased.
Please note, our warehouse processes orders as soon as they are placed. Once processed, an order cannot be cancelled.
Wilton no longer ships to countries outside of the US and Canada. Please return your Wilton product to the place of purchase.
